Cupping Therapy

Cupping uses suction to lift and decompress the muscles and fascia, encouraging blood flow and releasing tension. It can be especially helpful for areas that feel stuck or overworked. You may notice temporary circular marks afterward—this is a normal part of the process and usually fades within a few days. Gabriel uses cupping thoughtfully as part of an integrated massage experience.
