What should I expect during my first session?

Gabriel will take a few moments to check in with you about your health, areas of concern, and goals for the session. You’ll be guided through the process in a calm and comfortable way—your privacy and comfort are always top priority.

What should I wear or bring?

Just yourself! You’ll disrobe to your comfort level and be properly draped at all times during the session.

If you're booked for Shiatsu, just wear comfortable clothing - like you'd wear for a workout - as you'll be clothed the whole time.

In-home sessions will require some space for a massage table and access to a sink.

Do you offer any types of massage not listed on your website?

Nope. All services provided are clearly listed and strictly therapeutic. Mixed Modality Massage is a professional practice—any requests for inappropriate or non-therapeutic services will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported.

Question 4

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee equal to half the cost of the session. Online cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. To cancel within that window, please call or text (502) 554-0429 with your full name and scheduled appointment time.
